1. Agreement
By placing a pre-order, creating a Qurence account, or using a Qurence product, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Pre-orders
A pre-order requires a $50 refundable deposit. The remaining balance is charged when your unit ships. You may cancel and receive a full refund of the deposit at any time before shipment by writing to support@qurence.com.
3. Shipping and risk
Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. Shipping estimates are not guaranteed dates. We will keep you informed of any material delays.
4. Returns
You have 30 days from delivery to return an unmodified, working Qurence for a full refund of the product price. Installation services are non-refundable once performed.
5. Warranty
Qurence is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for two years from delivery (five years for the 01 + Install plan). The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, unauthorized modification, or installation that does not follow our guidelines.
6. Software
The Qurence app and lock firmware are licensed, not sold. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use them with your Qurence hardware. We may issue updates to maintain security and reliability.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to reverse engineer the lock, attempt to bypass its security features, or use the camera to record people who have a reasonable expectation of privacy.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Qurence's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product. Qurence is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in the app at least 30 days before they take effect.
