Privacy Policy

Our principles

Qurence is built around a simple idea: your home is yours. We collect the minimum data we need to deliver the product, and we keep biometric data on the lock itself whenever possible.

What we collect

Account data: name, email, shipping address, and payment confirmation when you place an order.

Device data: serial number, firmware version, and diagnostic logs to keep your lock secure and reliable.

App usage: unlock events, shared access records, and camera activity, encrypted in transit and at rest.

Biometrics: face and fingerprint templates are stored locally on the lock. They never leave the device for everyday unlocking.

How we use it

To fulfill your order, deliver firmware updates, respond to support requests, and improve product reliability. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.

Sharing

We share data with carefully selected processors — payments, shipping, cloud infrastructure — under strict data processing agreements. We disclose data to authorities only when legally required.

Your rights

You can access, export, correct, or delete your data at any time from the Qurence app or by writing to privacy@qurence.com. EU and UK residents have full GDPR rights, including the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

Retention

Account data is retained while your account is active and for 24 months after closure for legal and warranty purposes. Camera clips are retained according to the plan you choose, and can be deleted at any time.
